Do you believe your results would've changed a lot if you didn't take small amounts throughout the day? I've been taking mine once a day in 350mg capsules and not sure if that will make a big difference.

Well, weights climbing back up to where it was and my workouts as of today, felt normal. I hit the weights that I was used to although I didn't get the time to do my entire session what I did do worked out well. So weights back up, body feels good, happy days.

Oft, this workout was a shocker! Everything felt heavy and didn't really have a lot of power either. I know on my IG story I said that I felt I was basically back 100% but the weights don't lie, the body is obviously still going through some shit.

I would usually have two bicep isolation movements in my workout but my body was shot by the end of the straight arm pull downs so just called it a day at that and had a lie down after a shake.

Guess who got food poisoning... this guy
So I got food poisoning unfortunately, while celebrating getting the new place with a BBQ! Some questionable food hygiene around chicken (cheers dad) and a few hours later and I get hit like a truck.
didn't eat anything the first day and each day since has been a struggle getting food in. havn't trained yet but I have kept up my Turkesterone doses... So im hoping that I have just lost a lot of fluids and glycogen and no actual muscle mass...

Quick update. Strength greatly increased but I guess it's just a placebo atm... Don't think it works that fast. Got a new PR at almost every exercise and feeling stronger tho.

I have another question. I am finding Cyanotis Arachnoides-Extract on amazon that should include more beta ecdysteron than spinach extract. Is it really better to take that? Then I also found Rhaponticum Carthamoides which is an Extract too. This is so confusing.
They are just different sources that they extract the Ecdysterone from. The final product/extract is the same. @needbodtogreekgod correct me if I'm wrong?

At the moment I am trying to research the most I can to know if it really does something or not. My height is 175cm, I weigh 70kg and want to get shredded. Hi man, So, yes it really dose work, I've had enough reports from other people using it that I am confident that it is an effective compound.Should you use it? Well, honestly I don't know. We do not have enough studies to say that it is safe for young adults who are still developing and growing. It may have no effect, or it may stunt an important growth vector. We just don't know. I sell it here on this site with PayPal, working on getting debit and credit cards on here but it takes time. I recommend starting at 1g and seeing how it effects you for 1 week before either staying at that dose or titrating upwards if you are not noticing and benefits. Everyone is different and some people are more sensitive than others. As to why I didn't start at 1g, well thats because I was guessing that more was better, I am confident that I was wrong in that assertion.
Just checked out the product here and it would cost 45€ for me because I live in germany. If I would take 1g a day it would cost me 45€ for 30 days which is a lot for me as I am 17 years old ^^ Guess I will wait a bit and think about it again in some years, don't really know yet.
@Neek Just searched a bit more and found Beta Ecdysteron on amazon. The prices for the amount they offer is quiet ok. Some have like 285 mg per pill and some have about 900+ per. What do you think about Beta Ecdysteron and how much should I take?
