Do you believe your results would've changed a lot if you didn't take small amounts throughout the day? I've been taking mine once a day in 350mg capsules and not sure if that will make a big difference.

So I got food poisoning unfortunately, while celebrating getting the new place with a BBQ! Some questionable food hygiene around chicken (cheers dad) and a few hours later and I get hit like a truck.

I have another question. I am finding Cyanotis Arachnoides-Extract on amazon that should include more beta ecdysteron than spinach extract. Is it really better to take that? Then I also found Rhaponticum Carthamoides which is an Extract too. This is so confusing.

Hi man, So, yes it really dose work, I've had enough reports from other people using it that I am confident that it is an effective compound.Should you use it? Well, honestly I don't know. We do not have enough studies to say that it is safe for young adults who are still developing and growing. It may have no effect, or it may stunt an important growth vector. We just don't know. I sell it here on this site with PayPal, working on getting debit and credit cards on here but it takes time. I recommend starting at 1g and seeing how it effects you for 1 week before either staying at that dose or titrating upwards if you are not noticing and benefits. Everyone is different and some people are more sensitive than others. As to why I didn't start at 1g, well thats because I was guessing that more was better, I am confident that I was wrong in that assertion.

In both pictures im lacking any definition all which is fine as I was this fat before this all began! The main difference im seeing is general fullness. If you compare these shots to the one below you will see what I mean.

I actually did two workouts in one today, I skipped yesterdays push day due to time constraints and just yolo'ed legs and chest into one 3 hour workout. Was brutal, had some intra workout during in the form of golden bears and a monster energy. but got some solid af lifts in.
Was working out with a mate and tried some tripples on squats. happily hit 3x6 no belt or sleeves on 140kg. So I feel pretty confident my 1RM for squats is fairly accurate.

I will, I log everything already. I hope you don't mind me asking more, but in your deep-dive you mention running a 500kcal deficit. I presume that you have not done that, since your weight has increased significantly? With all due respect, a recomp (as you mention at one point) would see you maintain about the same weight, a deficit should obviously see you losing weight, but you were gaining steadily and perhaps coming to a plateau only now. I know you're planning a before and after analysis at the end, just interested in what the gains might be.
(Edit : just seen your latest post that has you at about 3300 cals so more of a bulking phase I presume)
yeah exactly, don't waste your money at those doses.
People around me in IRL taking anywhere between 1-5g have seen great results.
I recommend starting at 1g and slowly titrate your way up, get a feel for how your body responds to it. Some people respond just fine at 1g, others don't. Find what works for you but start low.
Also take it as many times through the day as you can. Obviously starting at 1g its kinda hard to split the doses, but it is possible
Ok thanks very much for explaining. So just to be clear, you are now taking a total of 800mg of the powder that you sell, every day? Which means 80mg of Turkesterone (at 10%)? I'm not sure, is Derek's standardised at 10% as well, because his tablets are 500mg, so 16 tablets would be 8g total.

Two shots from today. First was in the morning dehydrated, second was carved and pumped up from my pull workout. Virtually no definition AT ALL after that workout... just an amorphous pump. Felt pretty bloody wide after the workout, especially since it was lat dominant.
Obviously lighting plays a large role in these shots as well, first one was natural light from the left, second is pretty directly forward onto you which removes all shadows. When I do my before and afters I think that will play a fairly large role in what this all looks like.

I did flat today with an AMRAP with my first working set just to see if my estimations in my summary where somewhat right. Previously I have been calculating these estimates through my last working set, but thought this might be an interesting experiment.
I managed to do 91kg for 14 times, which gives me a potential 133kg 1RM, which is 13kg heavier than my previous 1RM attempt... I will test this at the end of all this but... pretty huge if true.

One thing I guess I have't really talked about much is the pumps you can get from Turk. I've been talking to a lot of you and have noticed a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to pumps. I get decent pumps but nothing compared to NO ingredients or even salt, yet a fair few of you have been telling me you're getting mad pumps which is pretty dope. Hey man, I'm glad you're getting something out of these logs, I really wanted something like this when I was first looking into Turk and Ecdysteroids in general, so felt like I should fill the void.
As for CD2.
If you have a home gym, then its fairly hard to run, John uses a lot of machines which I just dont have in my gym. So I've had to sub a lot of hack squats/leg press for just straight up barbell squats, which can be really taxing.
It is really volume heavy but it does give a few variations depending on how "hard" you want to go. For example im training 6 days a week on his hardest difficulty.
Personally I haven't found the workouts to be that challenging on a day to day basis as I was already utilising RPE/RIR and pushing my self to failure and past it on the occasion but I know some people don't train like that. Which can be a bit of a shock to the system when you first start training like that.
I'm not overly keen that the program doesn't have any deadlifts in it, or at least non up to the 6 week part. Im a big fan of deadlifts and always program then in when running my own workouts but John doesn't use them at all, the closet I have gotten is a rack pull where all the tension is on your lats.
But really thats a fairly minor complaint, in general he is bringing up some weak points (my lats incidentally) and its nice to run something pre made.
I think overall I would rate it 7/10 currently, but I am only half way through the plan.

I've looked at traditional anabolics and they say for new beginners you can put on anywhere from 10-20lb of muscle during a 16 week cycle. I've added in the second chart to give context to the reduction in volume. As the program has gone on John has asked me to up my weight and lower my reps, with today only doing 3 sets of 8 RPE 9 on each set. You can see that I had to lower my last set to 90kg as I knew I wouldnt be able to get another set of 8 out on 100kg.
Also worth noting that those 7 sets of bench have been spread out over 4 workouts... John asks to do exercises I just cant do from home, like a smith machine press, so I make do and just hit the bench again.

1- Since you resourced your own turkesterone did you complex it with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin to increase bio-availability?
2- Also, how are you approaching this cycle? Will you be doing a "traditional steroid cycle (≈8-16 weeks) with a PCT" or will you not need a PCT because turkesterone doesn't have the androgenic side effects that other steroids do?
I decided not to go with the Cyclodextrin complex for two reasons:
1)
A) the cost, I don’t have a lot of money or the contacts to do the complexing
B) the research is still theoretical and a human trail didn’t complex and got very positive results so I thought it worth the risk.2)
I am doing 9 weeks in total, 3wk 400mg 3wk 600mg 3wk 900mg.
And Im probably not going to do a PTC as it shouldn't effect the HTPA, but im getting my bloods done just in case there is suppression. I will be getting my next set drawn in a few weeks time and again at the end. If there is any suppression at my second set ill get some nolva/clomid and maybe some HCG to recover. But I don't think this will be necessary

In both pictures im lacking any definition all which is fine as I was this fat before this all began! The main difference im seeing is general fullness. If you compare these shots to the one below you will see what I mean.
The difference isn't huge, but is sure as fuck notable. When I started this I hoped for a new creatine, I didn't expect something this strong. But in my opinion I can see changes to my musculature in my chest, arms and forearms. The difference between the two pics is 7lb while eating at maintenance levels, I think the weight I have gained has been mostly muscle and I am really happy with how this experiment is turning out!

I actually did two workouts in one today, I skipped yesterdays push day due to time constraints and just yolo'ed legs and chest into one 3 hour workout. Was brutal, had some intra workout during in the form of golden bears and a monster energy. but got some solid af lifts in.
Was working out with a mate and tried some tripples on squats. happily hit 3x6 no belt or sleeves on 140kg. So I feel pretty confident my 1RM for squats is fairly accurate.

I will, I log everything already. I hope you don't mind me asking more, but in your deep-dive you mention running a 500kcal deficit. I presume that you have not done that, since your weight has increased significantly? With all due respect, a recomp (as you mention at one point) would see you maintain about the same weight, a deficit should obviously see you losing weight, but you were gaining steadily and perhaps coming to a plateau only now. I know you're planning a before and after analysis at the end, just interested in what the gains might be.
(Edit : just seen your latest post that has you at about 3300 cals so more of a bulking phase I presume)

I completely fucked my legs up on squats today, I went as close to failure as many times as I dared at my working weight then drop setted my way down to 60kg. After that I pushed extra volume in with body weight lunges to failure x4. My quads felt ready to burst after that + the other stuff John had me do. If this doesnt cause me pain tomorrow.. well we will see. As of now its hard to walk about.

Two shots from today. First was in the morning dehydrated, second was carved and pumped up from my pull workout. Virtually no definition AT ALL after that workout... just an amorphous pump. Felt pretty bloody wide after the workout, especially since it was lat dominant.
Obviously lighting plays a large role in these shots as well, first one was natural light from the left, second is pretty directly forward onto you which removes all shadows. When I do my before and afters I think that will play a fairly large role in what this all looks like.

I did flat today with an AMRAP with my first working set just to see if my estimations in my summary where somewhat right. Previously I have been calculating these estimates through my last working set, but thought this might be an interesting experiment.
I managed to do 91kg for 14 times, which gives me a potential 133kg 1RM, which is 13kg heavier than my previous 1RM attempt... I will test this at the end of all this but... pretty huge if true.

I wil do some trend analysis based on the graphs but it seems 5g for me may of been more effective? Its kind of hard to tell really, I think looking back I should of done 400mg for a little while longer than I did to see if the stagnation before the 600mg would of continued or corrected. I've looked at traditional anabolics and they say for new beginners you can put on anywhere from 10-20lb of muscle during a 16 week cycle. No second chart today boys, John has me doing a loot of reps in these workouts and as such there is no point charting the pure weight im pushing. For example today was 30 reps close to failure... that wouldn't translate well against say, last week where I did 5 sets of 6.

I've added in the second chart to give context to the reduction in volume. As the program has gone on John has asked me to up my weight and lower my reps, with today only doing 3 sets of 8 RPE 9 on each set. You can see that I had to lower my last set to 90kg as I knew I wouldnt be able to get another set of 8 out on 100kg.
Also worth noting that those 7 sets of bench have been spread out over 4 workouts... John asks to do exercises I just cant do from home, like a smith machine press, so I make do and just hit the bench again.

2- Also, how are you approaching this cycle? Will you be doing a "traditional steroid cycle (≈8-16 weeks) with a PCT" or will you not need a PCT because turkesterone doesn't have the androgenic side effects that other steroids do?

Workout:
To avoid potentially getting into trouble by posting the Creeping Death 2's workout breakdown on here I will just summarise the highlights.
The workout felt great, nothing above and beyond what I have felt before but still great. Since its a new routine I had to get a hang of some new equipment I have bought, as well as different movements I don't usually do. But that being said, felt nice and strong.
