So... What is Creatine HCL?
It sounds gimicky and maybe it is, as always i will be 100% straight with you.
After using this form of Creatine for a while the only major difference I have noticed is that its way better at mixing, but thats about it. People rant and rave about how it's the next best thing and it's more effective than Creatine Monohydrate... I claim BS on that. The usual studie that is quoted by HCL advocates is literally authored by the co-inventor of creatine HCl and it wasn’t published in any journals
in my eyes It's just easier to use.
It’s made by attaching creatine to parts of hydrochloride molecules, which lowers its pH. This makes it more soluble in water — so there’s less chance of it pooling in the bottom of your glass — and more importantly, it can reduce digestive distress. It does have a tarty taste, so when you take it don't be suprised by the taste!
Usually HCL products come with a large price tag, due to the misleading creatine properganda. But like with all the products I sell i'm not in it to make a quick buck off my customers, I try to sell good products at an affordable price.
